Capitol Water Corporation representatives met informally with Commission Staff on July
24,2024. Commission Staff agreed in the meeting that Staff would send over an updated
Production Request. Commission Staff,rather than asking formal production requests following
up on Production Requests Nos. 62 and 63, sent over two informal requests which the Company
responded to on September 3, 2024. Commission Staff requested that a supplemental response
to Production Requests Nos. 62 and 63 be filed so that it is part of the official case record. The
Company now submits the Company Responses to the informal requests, in order to include
them in the official case record.
ORIGINAL REQUEST No.62: Please provide a count of non-metered customers by
service size for June 2023 and June 2024.
COMMISSION STAFF INFORMAL REQUEST NO. 1: Please provide a count of
the number of Non-Metered service connections that were billed, by service size, for January and

June in 2022,2023, and 2024. If a customer or account is a multi-unit property, please count the
number of units as the number of service connections. For example, a duplex would count as
two service connections. In the response,please indicate how many connections are charged the
sprinkling rate by service size.

1: Please see the attached document, labeled as"PR 62.pdf',with the counts for the flat-rate
service connections for January 2022,2023, and 2024; and for June 2023 and 2024. June 2022
was previously provided to Commission Staff.
ORIGINAL REQUEST No.63: Please provide a count of metered customers by
service size for June 2023 and June 2024.
COMMISSION STAFF INFORMAL REQUEST NO.2: Please provide a count of
Metered service connections that were billed, by service size, for January and June in 2022,
