15 response to First Production Request of the Commission Staff.
16 The pdf response and the excel spread sheet response to Request No. 3 should have been filled on
17 yellow paper pursuant to a certificate of attorney as to the confidential nature of their contents.
18 Attached hereto are the responses properly tiled on yellow paper. Would the Commission
19 Secretary please be so kind as to shred(or return to the undersigned)the responses that were previously tiled on a
20 nonconfidential basis, e.g. on non-yellow paper.
21 Also attached hereto is the Certificate of Attorney verifying the confidential nature of the response
