• Avista & CLW are proposing to keep the exchange how it currently exist.
• Utilize internal data for the following breakers.
• Breaker 7-3A (3L)
• Breaker 7-3B (3L)
• Breaker 8-3A (1 L, 2L, Converting & Warehouse)

The circuits in question will completely separate Clearwater
Paper and Sofidel.

METERS FOR PROPOSED BILLING PROCESS
Currently have the following metering equipment in place to calculate energy usage (kwhrs) and peak demand
(kva) for CPD.
7-3A — JEMS meter for measuring energy usage, SEL 751A relay used for measuring peak demand
7-313 — SEL 735 meter for measuring energy usage. SEL 751 A relay used for measuring peak demand
8-3A — JEMS meter for measuring energy usage, SEL 751 A relay used for measuring peak demand
Output from these meters are compiled into a data historian (PI ). From here, the historical data is used to
calculate total energy usage and peak 30-minute demand for the month .
