Comment: "I find it ridiculous that Idaho Power is again requesting rate increases. I am a grandfathered
solar generating small business from 2017. Since IPC allowed the January 2024 Idaho Power increase my
bill has increased from $16.66 per month to roughly$110.00 per month (that's a 660% increase!) In
addition my net energy generation is roughly 700 kWh above my usage! (I generate more power being
sold by Idaho Power than I use!) In my discussions with Idaho Power to solve the issue they just use the
IPC as a shield and say you folks allowed it so all is good! I'm now paying on average more to Idaho
Power than I did previous to installing solar. Idaho Power's numbers are fraudulent, lies, and do not
accurately represent the true affect of these rate increases for many of the small business of Idaho. Lets
solve these past issue such as my 660% bill increase before allowing another rate increase passage. If
you would like an actual copy of their bills to discuss with them please let me know. Sincerely, Robert
