BACKGROUND On October 1, the Commission issued Order No. 36339, requiring Avista Corporation, doing business as Avista Utilities ("Company"), to submit a compliance filing with an updated Schedule 66 (Temporary Power Cost Adjustment—Idaho) that conforms with the order. On the same day, the Company filed a compliance filing containing an updated Schedule 66, which allows the energy charges of electric Schedules 1, 11, 12, 21, 22, 25, 25P, 31, 32, and 41-49 to be decreased by 0.246 cents per kilowatt-hour in all blocks of these rate schedules. STAFF REVIEW Staff reviewed the Company's compliance filing and believes that the PCA rate contained in the updated Schedule 66 is accurate and that the updated schedule complies with Order No. 36339.
