Capitol Water Corporation provides the following responses to the Seventh Production
Request of the Commission Staff to Capitol Water Corporation.
Request No. 64: Please provide calculations in Excel format for billing errors from
January 1, 2022,through July 31, 2024.
Company Response to Request No 64: Please see the attached excel spreadsheet, "PR
64 Meter Recalculation 1.1.2022 through 7.31.2024 with prior customers.xls."
Request No 65: Please state how the Company is planning to address errors identified in
billing from January 1, 2022, through July 31, 2024. Please include calculations and schedules
for how balances will be issued to customers.
Company Response to Request No 65: The Company's plan to address the errors
identified in billing is attached as "Company Billing Error Resolution Plan." The Company does
not intend to recover amounts from customers that have been underbilled. The Company's
response to Request No. 64 provides the calculations.

Request No 66: Please state whether overbilled customers and underbilled customers
will be retroactively billed.
Company Response to Request No 66: The Company's billing system is not able to
retroactively bill customers that have been overcharged and undercharged. Please see the
repayment plan provided in the Company's response to Request No. 65.
Request No 67: Please provide a sample of retroactive billing explanations, which the
Company intends to send to customers. Please include an example for overbilled customers,as
well as underbilled customers, if applicable.
Company Response to Request No 67: Please see the attached sample of the billing
explanation that the Company intends to send to customers.
