IPUC Data Request 67
Please provide the total amount of capital and O&M associated with wildfire
mitigation the Company is seeking recovery in this rate case. Please identify
where the Company has included these expenses in the rate case.
(a) Additionally, please explain how jurisdictional allocations are considered and
displayed within the Idaho allocated capital and O&M wildfire expenses in
this rate case.
1st Revised Response to IPUC Data Request 67
Further to the Company's response to IPUC Data Request 67 dated August 9,
2024, the Company provides the following:
In communication with Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) staff and while
working on the 1st Supplemental response to IPUC Data Request 212, the
Company became aware that the allocation factors as listed on IPUC Data
Request 67 were not correct. Please refer to Attachment IPUC 67 1st Revised
which provides a list of the capital projects associated with wildfire mitigation
that the Company is seeking recovery for in this general rate case (GRC)
proceeding and provides the corrected allocation factors. Attachment IPUC 67 1"
Revised replaces Attachment IPUC 67 in its entirety. The remainder of the
Company's response to IPUC Data Request 67 remains valid and unchanged.
