THIRD PRODUCTION

COMMISSION STAFF
Capitol Water Corporation provides the following supplemental response to the Third
Production Request of the Commission Staff to Capitol Water Corporation.
REQUEST NO. 49: Regarding the projects planned in 2024, are any forma l agreements
with the contractors in place, such as start dates and cost? If so , please prov ide documentation.
ORIGINAL COMPANY RESPONSE: The Company has quote s for the well and
fence work and currently does not have any formal agreements with the contractors. The
Company is in the process of scheduling the fencing and well cleaning. In reference to the new
customer billing system, the Company has had demonstrations from three companies and bids
from these companies are forthcoming. The Company anticipates that the bids will be received
prior to Commission Staffs scheduled onsite audit in June. The bids will be available for review
at that time.
