RESPONSE: Please see Staff-PR-07-Attachment A for the invoices for third-party evaluation services in 2022 and 2023. During the 2022-2023 period, Avista contracted with both ADM Associates and Cadmus Group for program evaluation. Additionally, see below for a summary of EM&V costs separated by task (Impact Evaluation, Process Evaluation, and Cost-Effectiveness). Staff-PR-07-Attachment A provides more detailed support for this summary.
