Comment: "I do not believe that CDS Stoneridge Utilities, LLC is justified in raising our water rates 250%. 1
do understand that companies have to raise their rates at times due to inflation, but the kind of
astronomical rate increase that is being proposed is absurd. Most people in Blanchard are on fixed
incomes such as Social Security and any increases they experience are minimal.The 3% increase that
they may have received from Social Security doesn't begin to make up for the increases they have
experienced due to inflation and a 250% increase in their water bill is unbearable. In addition, I believe
CDS Stoneridge is asking its customers to pay for the cost of putting in a well to provide water for one of
its affiliate companies, the Stoneridge Golf Coarse.Thank You "
