2. Submitted Questions & Answers: 

1. Will all Precast Plastibeton Trench be provided by IPC?
Answer:Yes

2. We have a question regarding the yard light precast foundation, in drawing 21D-11371
Foundation Schedule mentions a detailed drawing for the yard light precast foundation but can’t
seem to find it in the package. Is there any info regarding this foundation?
Answer: Please see the attached light pole base.pdf. Drawing 79368-1 has this detail as well.

3. Can a Geotech report be provided?
Answer: Please see the Foundation Design Report File. File name above under Attachments.

4. Can the power transformer delivery date please be clarified in order to incorporate and account
for on the contractors submited proposal schedule?
Answer: Currently set for deliver in 3/19/24 – 3/22/24
5. Would IPC construction crew tasks (i.e., power transformer, line work, etc.) and associated
projected completion dates/milestones please be provided to incorporate and account for on the
contractors submitted proposal schedule?
Remove transformer 1/2 /24 – 1/5/24 
Install new transformer 3/18-3/22
Line construction (IPC) –1/8 – 2/1 (tentative schedule)
6. How many hours and/or days should the contractor include/account for in the Schedule of
Values “Testing and Commissioning Support” line item? What tasks, dates and/or project
milestones should the support be accounted for on the contractors submitted proposal
schedule? T
Answer: Test/commissioning will be ongoing even during construction. It is expected that
commissioning to take place between 3/11 – 4/29.

Respondent shall provide acknowledgement of this Addendum No. 02 within the Zycus event. Failure to provide 
such acknowledgement may render the bid as non‐responsive and subject to rejection.
