Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was performed on Das-co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company and IGC
personnel tapping crew.
29-30 Sep 2020: (2.0 Construction)
Observed a Das-co crew extending a 4" steel main at 33400 Orchard Access, Boise, Idaho. IGC personnel
tapped the main on 30 September 2020. All procedures were followed.Typed up report.
Areas observed during this project were: Excavating, line locating, welding, EFV installation, material handling,
backfilling/bedding,jeeping, coating repair and line tapping.
