Observed a Das-co crew tapping a 4" main and installing a new W service line at 12172 W Savage Dr Boise,
Idaho. All procedures were followed.Typed up report.
Areas observed during this project were: Excavating, line locating, saddle/tapping T install, EFV install, riser
install and purging.
