Observed a Das-co crew installing new 2" service line at 16570 Northside Blvd, Nampa, Idaho. All procedures
were followed.Typed up report.
Areas observed during this project were: traffic control, line locating, trenching, boring, pot-holing, installing
riser, met-fit/continental fittings, blowing pigs, bedding/backfill,verified OQ's
