A construction inspection was performed on Das-co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
20 Oct 2020: (1.0 Construction)
Observed a Das-co crew line locating, excavating and boring for a new W service line at 126 W. Oregon Ave,
Homedale, Idaho. Bore crew bored into a 10" irrigation line after misjudging the size of the line. All procedures
were followed.Typed up report.
Areas observed during this project were: Excavating, line locating and boring.
