Observed a Das-co crew installing a new W service lines and stubs at 2605/2624 E Ashlar Dr, Meridian, Idaho.
All procedures were followed. Typed up report.
Areas observed during this project were: Excavating, line locating, pressure testing, EFV install,
bedding/backfilling, riser install and purging
