Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was performed on Das-co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
11-14 May 2020: (3.5 Construction, .5 typed report)
Observed a Dasco crew abandon service line 6842-371 and HPSS, replace with new service and tie into low
pressure main at 617 Northside Blvd in Nampa. All procedures were followed.Typed up report
Areas observed during this project were: Excavating, line locating, boring, welding, abandonment, bedding and
backfilling, EFV installation, tie-in/hot tapping, service line install and pressure testing.
