A construction inspection was performed on Das-co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
07 Jan 2020: (2.0 Construction)
Observed a Dasco crew installing a new service. The crew lead continually used backhoe when digging
within 2' of the pipe, additionally joiner did not clean pipe correctly prior to pushing into continental
fitting. Pressure tested the service and tied it in. Typed up report
Areas observed during this project were: Excavating, Line locating, Pressure testing, Backfilling and Joining
