The following items are addressed in this Addendum No.01:

2. Submitted Questions&Answers:
1) What is the earliest anticipated start date for this project?
Answer:We have a line outage on this section scheduled to start on 1/29/24 for a contract construction
crew performing maintenance structure replacements until 3/18/24. Coordination with this crew would
be required in order to be out on the line prior to the scheduled rebuild outage beginning 3/21/24. The
contractor could also start in February jacking structures together.
2) Will the contractor be responsible for receiving poles/material prior to the start of the construction
period.
Answer: 56 of the 64 structures need for the spring outage will be received before the end of 2023 and
will be unloaded by others The remaining 8 structures should arrive at the beginning of February and
should be unloaded by the rebuild contractor.
3) It appears that structure changeouts other than the structures listed in the bid documents are under
contract that need to be completed.When will this on going project be completed?Could this project
delay the start date, and could 2 companies be working the right of way at the same time?
Answer:The maintenance structure replacement work for this section of line is scheduled for 1/29/24 to
3/18/24. The rebuild contract will be able to start on the line no later than 3/21/24. Coordination with
the maintenance contractor could allow the rebuild contractor to start earlier than 3/21/24.
4) There are existing structures that are steel poles that call to be changed out. Is this correct?Structure
numbers can be provided if needed.
Answer:There are a few existing steel structures that have to be replaced because they did not meet the
requirements of the new design.
5) Is there any GEO Data available
Answer:There is not any geotechnical information available.
6) Are the new steel pole drawings available
Answer:We have final drawings for 56 structures(Types A-E)of the 127 structures and can provide them
to you.
Respondent shall provide acknowledgement of this Addendum No.01 within the Zycus event. Failure to provide
such acknowledgement may render the bid as non-responsive and subject to rejection.
