GROUP-2 L902 REBUILD DRAM TO RTSN

Scope of Work:
This rebuild of L902 is from DRAM tap to RTSN substation, which is approximately 35.4 miles. There
are existing steel structures that will not be replaced. The existing steel deadends will require new
down guys.
The existing 715 starling and 2-3/8" EHS shield wires will be replace with bundled 795 Tern, 1-3/8 EHS
shield wire and 1-DNO-12821 OPGW.
The following structure work will be required.
• 108-Remove and replace two pole H-frame style tangent structures.
• 17- Remove and replace three poles guyed deadend structures.
1-Remove and replace three poles guyed running angle structure.
• 1- Remove and replace three poles guyed deadend transposition structure.
All structures being worked on should be inspected for additional repairs that may be needed.
Additional repairs can be made at the discretion of the foreman.
Coordination of Work:
Outages: An outage will need to be coordinated with Grid Operations.
Permits:All required permits should be acquired before work begins. ROW/Easements:
Much of this work is on private land that has existing easements.
Locates: The contractor or crew is responsible for notifying digline and acquiring all necessary
locations prior to commencing work.
