On February 2, 2024, Riverside Electric Company, Limited ("Riverside") and Farmers
Electric Company ("Farmers") filed an application with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission
("Commission")for approval of a Service Territory Agreement("Agreement")between Riverside
and Farmers.
On June 5, 2024, the Commission issued a Final Order approving the Service Territory
Agreement and requiring the parties to submit an executed Agreement to the Commission. Order
No. 36211. On June 27, 2024, Riverside submitted an executed Agreement.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
Having reviewed the Application, the record, and the submitted executed Agreement, the
Commission finds that the submitted executed Agreement conforms with the provisions of Order
No. 36211.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the executed Agreement filed on June 27, 2024, is
accepted.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. Idaho Code §§ 61-626.
