The Homestead Tunnel and Black Canyon sites were added as Site A and Site B to the rock mitigation
work.The budget was updated to reflect design/build costs for those two sites. Construction costs are
estimates at this point. PP169 will be pushed to 2025.
4/8/24
RS is complete with PP189. Pull Tests are complete. Geo's final report is pending. RS is cutting off long
bars and staining.
The next projects will be the tunnel doweling and Black Canyon rock slide.We will need to pj those
projects for design and construction to get them done in 2024.
We will go back to PP169 in 2025 after the other sites are addressed.

last bill for construction oversite came in.

No money left in budget as originally thought. RS purchased stain but will not apply it this year. I put $5k
in the budget to purchase the stain and hold for RS in '24
August:Work is completed. $66k left in budget.
June: Adjusted Schedule, ($16,136) removed to match programmatic budget.
April: Removed $7642 from planned purchase services to meet approved budget
