Inspector observed IGC employees/contractors (KV&Track) classroom trained, written test and hands on by
Justin Wilhelm and Josh Shell on Plastic Pipe Joining: subjects covered were Met Fits, Electro Fusion, Stab
Fittings, Butt Fusion and Cutting,Testing Butt Fusion, Electro Fusion joints, cad welding and pipe wrapping.

Inspector observed a few contractors re-eval on butt fusions. Traveled back to Boise and typed report
