This audit was performed virtually through Microsoft Teams. The Transmission Integrity Management Plan was audited by all inspectors and will submit audit reports,forms and letters as required by their state. Oct 30-Nov 2, 2020: (2 TIMP Prep) Prepared for the Transmission Integrity Plan Audit of Intermountain Gas Company. Reviewed PHMSA Guidance Manual, Company TIMP plan and prepared PHMSA IA question set for the audit. November 3-4,2020: (2 TIMP) Darrin Ulmer of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met virtually with Intermountain Gas Company personnel: Kelley Gorringe, David Gutschmidt and the MDU Gas Integrity Engineering Group (Jesse Volk,Jamie Walter, Kyara Diaz,James Kristofer and Nathan Sundt) to conduct an audit of the company's TIMP. The PHMSA Inspector Assistant Program was used to conduct the audit. No issues or concerns were identified during the inspection. An IPUC Form 3 (exit interview) was performed following the inspection with Kelley Gorringe (Compliance/Audit Specialist). November 5, 2020: (1 TIMP Post) Completed forms and typed report.
