Intermountain Gas Company's procedure standards were reviewed and compared to the PHMSA Form 2 records portion in Inspector Assistant (IA). The company's pipeline system in Idaho consists of transmission and distribution lines. February 18-19, 2020: (4 Standard) Bruce Perkins and Kyle Russo of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met with IGC's compliance and engineering personnel at IGC's General Offices in Boise, ID to review records for the previous year of 2018. The PHMSA Form 2 (Standard Inspection Report of a Gas Distribution Operator) IA question set for the records portion was used as a guide throughout the audit to ensure all areas were completed as they pertain to required records. The field portion of the checklist will be used throughout calendar year 2020 at IGC's field units to ensure compliance with field requirements. PHMSA Form 13 D&A was completed. February 20, 2020: (1 Standard post) Typed the inspection report, completed audit forms IPUC Forms 1 & 2 and attached inspection documents.
