A construction inspection was performed on a KV Utilities crew at 1284/1288 Wright Ave in Pocatello, Idaho
11 Feb 2020: (1.0 Construction)
Observed a KV Utilities crew locating/exposing a 2" main and installing saddle tee, then boring under
Wright Ave, trenching, installing a tee, EFV's, service lines to both houses, installing risers, installing
meter bars, pressure testing and backfilling.
A training program inspection was performed on IGC personnel at the Pocatello, Idaho office
12-13 Feb 2020 (2 Training)
On 12 Feb I observed IGC gas crews being classroom trained, written test and hands on by Justin Wilhelm and
Jake Robinson on Met Fits, Electro Fusion, Stab Fittings, Butt Fusion and Cutting,Testing Butt Fusion and Electro
Fusion joints.
On 13 Feb I observed IGC Service Techs being classroom trained, written test and hands on by Justin Wilhelm
and Jake Robinson on Met Fits and Stab Fittings. Typed report
