Audit consisted of inspecting Intermountain Gas Company's Public Awareness Plan (PAP)against PHMSA IA
question set,49 CFR Part 192. This audit was performed virtually through Microsoft Teams. The Public
Awareness Plan was audited by all Public Utilities Commission inspectors and will submit audit reports,forms
and letters as required by their state.
December 14, 2020: (2 Prep)
Prepared for the Public Awareness Program Effectiveness Inspection of Intermountain Gas Company. Reviewed
IGC's Plan and API RP 1162 for the inspection and prepared PHMSA IA question set for the audit.
December 15, 2020: (3 Standard)
Bruce Perkins, Darrin Ulmer and Jeff Brooks of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met virtually with
Intermountain Gas Company personnel:Terry Harpt, Wendy McDonough, Kelley Gorringe and David
Gutschmidt to conduct an audit of the company's PAP. The PHMSA Inspector Assistant Program was used to
conduct the audit. No issues or concerns were identified during the inspection. An IPUC Form 3 (exit interview)
was performed following the inspection with Kelley Gorringe (Compliance/Audit Specialist).
