2019 PAPEI Audit Northwest Gas Processing
April 22, 2020: (3 Standard prep)
Prepared for the Northwest Gas Processing, public awareness inspection through review of the PHMSA
inspections Forms and 2017/2018 inspection results. Northwest Gas Processing plans were reviewed and
compared to the PHMSA checklists for completeness. The company's pipeline system in Idaho consists of
transmission and gathering lines.
April 23, 2020: (2 Standard)
Bruce Perkins/Kyle Russo of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission did a virtual/teleconference with NWGP's
compliance manager Stephen Hernandez of(The Compliance Group) to review PAPEI Records for the previous
year 2019. The PHMSA IA program (Public Awareness Program Effectiveness Inspection) was used as a guide
throughout the audit to ensure all areas were completed as they pertain to required Public Awareness.

Wrote the inspection report, completed PHMSA and IPUC audit forms.
