An operator qualification inspection was performed on Patrick Harris (NWGP employee) performing valve inspections and cathodic protection readings. Patrick performed the task in a satisfactory manner. Observations: Valve sites, 1,2,3,4, Fallon well-head, 155, 261, 285, and 506 need vegetation removed. Valve site 65 and 326 need carsonites replaced/new stickers. Valve sites 1,2,3,4 and Fallon well-head need valves locked to prevent tampering and wrap installed at soil interface. October 2,2020: (.5 Standard, .5 OQ) Wrote the inspection report, completed PHMSA and IPUC audit forms and attached inspection documents.
