2020 Field Audit Northwest Gas Processing
October 1, 2020: (2 Standard)
The field audit was conducted at NWGP's Hwy 30 plant, little Willow Station and valve sites to ensure
compliance with field requirements. An operator qualification inspection was performed on Patrick Harris
(NWGP employee) performing valve inspections and cathodic protection readings. Patrick performed the task in
a satisfactory manner.
Observations:
Valve sites, 1,2,3,4, Fallon well-head, 155, 261, 285, and 506 need vegetation removed. Valve site 65 and 326
need carsonites replaced/new stickers. Valve sites 1,2,3,4 and Fallon well-head need valves locked to prevent
tampering and wrap installed at soil interface.

Wrote the inspection report, completed PHMSA and IPUC audit forms and attached inspection documents.
