This audit was performed in DEUWI's office in Salt Lake City, UT. The DIMP and TIMP was audited by all inspectors and will submit audit reports,forms and letters as required by their state. Nov 24-25,2020: (2 IMP Prep) Prepared for the DIMP and TIMP Audit of DEUWI. Reviewed PHMSA Guidance Manual, Company DIMP and TIMP plans and prepared PHMSA IA question set for the audit. November 30, 2020: (3 IMP Travel) Traveled from Boise to Salt Lake City, UT to conduct the audit. December 1-2, 2020: (9 IMP) Bruce Perkins, Darrin Ulmer and Jeff Brooks of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met with DEUWI personnel: Lauren Skufca and the two Integrity Management Groups to conduct an audit of the company's Distribution and Transmission Integrity Management Plans. The PHMSA Inspector Assistant Program was used to conduct the audit. No issues or concerns were identified during the audits. IPUC Form 3 (exit interview)was performed following the two audits with Lauren Skufca (Pipeline Compliance Engineer). December 3, 2020: (3 IMP Travel) Traveled back to Boise. December 7, 2020: (1 IMP Post) Completed forms and typed report.
