Prepared for the Dominion's records inspection through review of the PHMSA IA question set and 2018
inspection results.The company's pipeline system in Idaho consists of distribution and transmission lines.
April 9-10, 2020: (4 Standard)
Bruce Perkins and Kyle Russo of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission completed a virtual/teleconference
records inspection with Dominion's compliance personnel for the previous year 2019. The PHMSA IA question
set was used as a guide throughout the audit to ensure all areas were completed as they pertain to records.
