Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was performed on DAS-CO, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
31 July 2019: (2.0 Construction)
Crew was performing a split/pull of new 2" PE main and services. During the split/pull the weak link
broke on the new main being pulled in. Crew was in the process of mitigating the issue when we left.
Some of the services were being split/pulled with new 3/4" PE and some were being inserted into the
existing Aldyl-A with new 1/2" PE.
Areas observed during this project were: Excavating, Line Locating, Line splitting, Purging
