Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was performed on Das-co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
30 October 2019: (1.0 Construction)
Observed the crew performing a new HPSS service installation. They had excavated the 6" HP main on
Locust Grove and trenched into the property up to the house then bored under the private drive to the
meter location. They installed an. EFV on the PE and steel service lines. They backfilled the PE service
before pressure testing. Nitrogen tested the 1/4" steel HP service to 600#.
Areas observed during this project were: Excavating, Boring,Welding, Backfilling, Pressure testing
