Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was performed on Das-co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
24-25 Sept 2019: (2.5 Construction)
Observed Dasco crews excavating/potholing and exposing the stub and riser locations at approximately
15 existing services for riser replacement when the new 2" PE main is installed. Observed the crews
digging down to locate existing 2" Aldyl-A and digging holes big enough to do the split pull technique
with new PE. Crews used locating equipment numerous times to locate existing tie-ins. Crew
additionally dug down and located the 4" steel main in the street where the new 2" PE will tie-in..
