(Project# 191GC-2001). Areas observed during this project were: Other utility location, Welding,Welding inspection by QCI, Excavation, Pot holing, Abandoning, Main line installation (tracer wire),Tie-ins and Backfilling. An operator qualification inspection was performed on Gordon Finlay of QCI (Subcontracted by IGC)that was performing as the Certified Welding Inspector. 19 April 2019: (1 post Construction) Type construction report.
