A construction inspection was performed on Das-co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.

Observed a Dasco crew excavating for a new service. They exposed the stub and prepared the service for
installation. They put it on a pressure test and prepared the stub for tie in. Left a branch stub for the
future lot next door. Typed up report
Areas observed during this project were: Excavating, Line locating, Coupling, Pressure test
