Crew drove in casing 20 feet, pot holed and was two feet short of the target depth. Torpedoed casing out, excavated deeper and drove the casing back in. Areas observed during this project were: Torpedoing, Excavating, material handling and driving An operator qualification inspection was performed on Jacob Wesley a KV employee that was performing Installation of Steel Pipe: Driving. Jacob performed the task in a satisfactory manner. A master meter inspection was conducted on BYU campus in Rexburg. Checked campus apartments and cafeteria/food court. No master meters found. 10 Oct 2019: (1 Construction) Drove back to Boise. 11 Oct 2019: (1 Construction) Typed report.
