Reviewed the LNG plant Emergency Manual, Fire Manual, Operations Procedure Manual, Preventative
Maintenance Guide, Plant Maintenance Training Manual, Equipment Operations Manual and Security Training
Manuals for compliance with 49 CFR part 193, NFPA 59A. Prepared for the LNG inspection through review of
the inspection forms and 2018 inspection results.
February 5, 2019: (2 Standard)
Darrin Ulmer and Bruce Perkins of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met with Intermountain Gas Company
LNG Plant personnel Tim Murray,Jacob Tschida,Jamie Gould, Russ Nishikawa and Kelley Gorringe to conduct an
audit of records and field review for plant operations for calendar year 2018. The PHMSA Inspector Assistant
Program was used to conduct a LNG Facility Inspection on the records and field portions as they applied to the
facility. The Procedural portion of the inspection was just conducted in November 2018 after construction was
complete and procedures were updated to reflect the changes.
