Darrin Ulmer, Bruce Perkins and Kyle Russo of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met with Intermountain
Gas Company LNG Plant personnel Tim Murray,Jacob Tschida,Jamie Gould and Dean Daniels to observe an
Emergency Shut Down (ESD) that was conducted/initiated by the control room in Kennewick, WA.
December 11, 2019: (3 Standard)
Traveled to eastern Idaho for Rexburg Satellite LNG test vaporization and tank re-fill.
December 12, 2019: (3 Standard)
IPUC Inspectors met with Intermountain Gas Company personnel at their Rexburg Satellite LNG facility to
observe a test vaporization and truck transfer to re-fill the tank.
December 13, 2019: (3 Standard)
Traveled back to office in Boise.
