2019 Drug and Alcohol Program Inspection Intermountain Gas Company
February 21,2019: (2 D&A prep)
Prepared for the Intermountain Gas Company's Drug and Alcohol program inspection through review of the
PHMSA OPS Substance Abuse Program Comprehensive Audit and Inspection Protocol Form #3.1.11 Rev 2 and
Intermountain Gas Company's DOT Anti-Drug and Alcohol Plan with all appendances.
March 4-5, 2019: (6 D&A)
Darrin Ulmer, Bruce Perkins and Kyle Russo of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met with IGC's Kelley
Gorringe (Compliance/Audit Specialist) and Craig Pulley(Manager, Human Resources) at IGC's General Offices in
Boise, ID to review their DOT Anti-Drug and Alcohol Plan. PHMSA's Substance Abuse Program Comprehensive
Audit and Inspection Protocol Form #3.1.11 Rev 2 was used as a guide throughout the audit to ensure all areas
were completed.
As a result of the inspection, IPUC is awaiting the MIS Data Collection Forms from IGC and their 5 Contractors
once they are submitted to PHMSA(deadline is Mar 15 annually). No other concerns noted.

Typed the inspection report, completed forms: PHMSA Substance Abuse Program Comprehensive Audit and
Inspection Protocol Form #3.1.11 Rev 2, IPUC Forms 1 & 3 and attached inspection documents.
