201 Records Audit Intermountain Gas Company
March 13-14, 2018: (2 Standard prep)
Prepared for the Intermountain Gas Company's records inspection through review of the PHMSA inspections
Forms 2 and 2017 inspection results. Intermountain Gas Company's procedure standards were reviewed and
compared to the PHMSA Form 2 checklist for completeness. The company's pipeline system in Idaho consists of
transmission and distribution lines.
March 15-16,2018: (4.5 Standard, 1.5 D&A)
Darrin Ulmer, Bruce Perkins and Kyle Russo of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met with IGC's compliance
and engineering personnel at IGC's General Offices in Boise, ID to review records and procedures for the
previous year 2017. The PHMSA Form 2 (Standard Inspection Report of a Gas Distribution Operator) was used
as a guide throughout the audit to ensure all areas were completed as they pertain to required records and
procedures. The field portion of the checklist will be used throughout calendar year 2018 at IGC's field units to
ensure compliance with field requirements. PHMSA Form 13 was used for the Drug and Alcohol Audit.

Wrote the inspection report, completed audit forms PHMSA Form 2, IPUC Form 1 and attached inspection
documents.
