Reviewed the LNG plant Emergency Manual, Fire Manual, Operations Procedure Manual, Preventative
Maintenance Guide, Plant Maintenance Training Manual, Equipment Operations Manual and Security Training
Manuals for compliance with 49 CFR part 193, NFPA 59A. Prepared for the LNG inspection through review of
the inspection forms and 2017 inspection results.
March 1, 2017: (2 Standard)
Darrin Ulmer and Kyle Russo of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met with Intermountain Gas Company
LNG Plant personnel Craig Chapin,Tim Murray,Jacob Tschida,Jamie Gould, Russ Nishikawa and Theresa
Browne to conduct an audit of records and field review for plant operations for calendar year 2017. The
PHMSA Form 4 (IA Equivalent) Standard Inspection Report for an LNG Facility(May 2015)was conducted on the
records and field portions as they applied to the facility. The Procedural portion of the inspection will be
conducted in November 2018 after construction is complete and procedures are updated to reflect changes.
