A construction inspection was performed on Avista in the Lewiston/Moscow area.
June 18, 2018: (2 Standard)
Traveled to Lewiston, ID to conduct construction inspection.
June 19,2018: (2 Construction)
A Curry Inc. crew (Avista Sub-contractor)was installing new service line from existing stub to a new residence.
Installing a new 2" plastic service line to existing residence foundation on 24th Ave in Lewiston.
Areas observed during this project were: excavation, pinching off, plastic pipe joining, hot tapping, pressure
testing, purging, service line installation (tracer wire), riser placement and backfilling.
June 20, 2018: (2 Construction)
A Curry Inc. crew(Avista Sub-contractor) was installing new service lines from existing stubs to two new
residences. Installing a new 2" plastic service line to existing residence on Granville Rd in Moscow.
Areas observed during this project were: pinching off, plastic pipe joining, hot tapping, pressure testing, purging,
service line installation (tracer wire), riser placement and backfilling.
June 21, 2018: (2 Standard)
Traveled back to Boise, ID.
June 22, 2018: (1 Standard post)
Typed the construction inspection report. Completed IPUC forms.
