Dear Mr. Faulkenberry:
RE: Idaho Public Utilities Commission's (IPUC) May 15, 2016 Letter of Notice of Probable
Violation(NOPV).
Thank you for Avista's continued response to the IPUC's concerns in our letter dated May 15,
2016, addressing the findings in the Notice of Probable Violations relating to Avista's self-
reporting that it would not be able to be in compliance regarding the required leak surveys to be
done in the Silver Valley area of northern Idaho.
IPUC Staff accepts the remedial actions that Avista has done to remedy these violations.
Thank you for the cooperation and support of your staff during this process and for your
continued interest in pipeline safety. This NOPV is closed with no further action required.
Should you have any questions regarding this action or pipeline safety, you may contact me
or call our office at 208-334-0321.
Sincerely,
