Subject: HPSS Serving Three or More Service Line Review
Dear Mr. Ulmer,
This letter is intended to address NOPVs I201902 and 1201904 by providing the current scope of High
Pressure Service Sets(HPSS)with three or more services downstream on Intermountain Gas Company's
(IGC)system.
As of the March 2019 GIS data gathering,there were 83 HPSS with three or more services that were
remaining on IGC's system.The following is an overview of the mitigation plan. Out of the 83 HPSS
identified:
• 12 were found to have fewer than three services;these were either previously addressed by Field
Operations or were included in the data due to an attribute error in GIS.
• 22 have either been removed or are going to be removed in 2019/2020.
• 27 have been reduced to fewer than three services downstream or are planned to be reduced in
2019/2020,
• 22 have been converted to regulator stations or are scheduled to be converted in 2019/2020.
Attached,you will find a detailed spreadsheet listing each remaining 14PSS shown as having three or more services
downstream,their locations,and respective mitigation plans.
