RE: Idaho Public Utilities Commission's (IPUC) July 2, 2019 Letter of Notice of Probable
Violation (NOPV) (Report#A201904).
Thank you for your letter dated August 8, 2019, addressing the findings in the Notice of
Probable Violations relating to the Drug and Alcohol Program Audit conducted on May 7,
2019.
IPUC Pipeline Safety Staff accepts the actions that Avista has done to remedy these
violations.
