Thank you for your letter dated July 3, 2019, addressing the findings in the Notice of Probable Violations relating to the Records Inspection conducted on Feb 26-28, 2019. In part to IPUC's move into a new office, this closeout letter was never sent. Not an excuse, I apologize for not getting this out sooner. So to close this item out officially: IPUC Pipeline Safety Staff accepts the actions that Avista has done to remedy these violations.
