RE: Idaho Public Utilities Commission's (IPUC) June 7, 2019 Letter of Notice of Probable
Violation (NOPV) (Report# A201903).
Thank you for your letter dated July 3, 2019, addressing the findings in the Notice of
Probable Violations relating to the Records Inspection conducted on Feb 26-28, 2019.
In part to IPUC's move into a new office, this closeout letter was never sent. Not an excuse,
I apologize for not getting this out sooner. So to close this item out officially:
IPUC Pipeline Safety Staff accepts the actions that Avista has done to remedy these
violations.
Thank you for the cooperation and support of your staff during this process and for your
continued interest in pipeline safety. This NOPV is closed with no further action required.
