RE: Northwest Gas Processing's (NWGP) Response dated July 14, 2020 to Idaho Public
Utilities Commission's (IPUC)Notice of Probable Violation (NOPV) dated June 19, 2020
Thank you for your letter, addressing the items in the Notice of Probable Violations relating to a
records/field inspection in the state of Idaho.
IPUC Staff accepts NWGP's response and corrective actions to those items. The PUC closing the
previous NOPV's that were issued prior to Weiser Brown Operating purchasing NWGP, those
include #N201801 and #N201901.
Thank you for the cooperation and support of your staff during this process and for your
continued interest in pipeline safety. This NOPV is closed with no further action required.
