Dear Mr. Bruce Perkins:
This letter is in response to the letter dated October 22,2021,alleging one probable violation on the Northwest
Gas Processing,LLC's pipeline facilities,herein called NWGP.
Item#1 - 199.117 Recordkeeping
Finding: NWGP has no historical drug and alcohol test records as required by 49 CFR §199.117.
NWGP agrees with this finding.
This being a lack of records violation,NWGP cannot create those previous records but will in the future keep
and maintain the records required under 199.117.
