Thank you for your letter dated April 23, 2021, addressing the findings in the NOPV from the Natural Gas Standard Records Inspection. IPUC Staff agrees with Avista on the#1 probable violation and is therefore rescinded. Staff accepts Avista's acknowledgement and proposal to bring#2 probable violation into compliance. Thank you for the cooperation and support of your staff during this process and for your continued interest in pipeline safety. This NOPV is closed with no further action required.
